Culinary Consultant

Stephanie began working in the specialized culinary industry about for 15 years ago after learning that she and her family has food and environmental allergies.
Her extensive time in the industry helped her learn a great deal about our food and the ingredients that contribute to a wide variety of health conditions. Determined to help others along their journey to health, she vowed to use her knowledge and experience to make a difference. She has created meal plans, menu items, recipes and beneficial foods for family and clients alike.
She believes that when you know better, you do better...usually (*wink) and operates as a functional consultant, guiding others to "Be Healthy Live Beautifully” ™, from the inside out which means addressing their life in its entirety: Body + Mind + Soul.
Stephanie has had the honor of working with well known brands like: Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sprouts, The Fresh Market, RX Bars, Bob's Red Mill, King Arthur, Goldthread, Rebbl, Remedy Organics, Dr Brew, and many more.
Her work has been featured in Forks Over Knives, Thrive Magazine, Midtown Magazine, WRAL ABC11 WTVD, Natural Awakenings, and more, including local NC weddings and private corporate events.
While working with big clients is always fun, Stephanie is passionate about helping people she crosses paths with every day. She believes that health is wealth and that it is a currency we can all benefit from investing in.
